Life-Altering Gadget of the Day: The Heinz Beanzawave micro-microwave is the world’s smallest, plugs into standard USB port. The inventors say they came up with the concept after reading a recent UK study which found that 20% of workers skip lunch because they can’t tear themselves away from their desks. As cute and convenient as this device is, I can’t help but feel uncomfortable about the social malady of overwork being the reason for its existence.

As cute and convenient as this device is, I can’t help but feel uncomfortable about the social malady of overwork being the reason for its existence.
